Speaking during the IHRM Fellows Onboarding Dinner held at the Serena Hotel on Friday 13th June, 2025, the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development Principal Secretary Dr Jane Kere Imbunya commended the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) for its continued leadership in championing the HR profession, noting its vital role in enhancing performance and impact across both the public and private sectors.

The event, presided over by the Deputy Chief of Staff for Performance and Delivery, Hon. Eliud Owalo underscored the transformative role of HR in improving service delivery within government institutions.
