PS IMBUNYA PAYS A COURTESY CALL TO THE NEWLY APPOINTED PSC CHAIRPERSON

This morning, Public Service and Human Capital Development Principal Secretary Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya paid a courtesy call to the newly appointed Chairperson of the Public Service Commission, Mr. Francis Meja.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the ongoing reforms being undertaken by the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development aimed at strengthening efficiency, professionalism, and service delivery within the public sector.

The two leaders also explored areas of collaboration between the State Department and the Public Service Commission in the execution of their shared mandate of building a responsive and people-centered public service.

PS Imbunya welcomed Mr. Meja to his new role and reaffirmed the State Department’s commitment to working closely with the Commission to advance reforms that will enhance performance and accountability across the public service.
