PS Imbunya rallies Directors to drive results and staff welfare

Public Service & Human Capital Development Principal Secretary Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya today held a meeting with directors, deputy directors, assistant directors, and heads of sections from the State Department. 

During the meeting, the PS emphasized their critical roles and responsibilities, underscored the importance of strategic teamwork, and urged them to pursue and achieve the State Department’s Performance Contract targets with razor sharp focus, zeal and enthusiasm.

The PS also spoke at length about the importance of improving staff welfare, reaffirming the State Department’s commitment to creating a supportive and empowering work environment, one that fosters not only productivity but also the growth of a happy and motivated public servant.
