PS Jane Kere Imbunya Calls on HR Leaders to Accelerate Public Service Transformation

Principal Secretary for the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development, Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya, today addressed participants on the fourth day of the Training for Directors and Heads of Human Resource Management and Development at Lake Naivasha Resort.

In her remarks, Dr. Imbunya emphasized the strategic role of Human Resource leaders in driving Public Service transformation through effective people management, leadership development and organizational excellence. She reaffirmed the Government's commitment to building a modern, agile and high-performing Public Service through competency-based human resource management, employee wellness, digital transformation and the implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS-Ke).

The Principal Secretary encouraged participants to leverage the training to strengthen institutional capacity, embrace innovation and enhance service delivery in support of the Government's Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).
