Youthful Voices Shaping the Future of Public Service

The State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development led by PS Dr Jane Kere on Friday 29th August, 2025 held a vibrant fireside chat with young professionals drawn from across Government Ministries and Departments under the theme “Youthful Voices for a Futuristic Public Service.”

The interactive session aired on NTV live from 7:30pm gave the youth a platform to raise bold and pertinent questions to senior leaders, seeking clarity on policies, reforms, and opportunities that will drive a more efficient, inclusive, and people-centered public service.

Panelists included an inspiring line-up of leaders and experts such as Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya, PS Public Service, Dr. Isaac Mwaura, Government Spokesperson, Prof. Nura Mohamed, DG KSG, Jacob Fikirini (PS Youth Affairs)  Ben Kai Chilumo (CEO Huuma Kenya), CHRP Quresha Abdulahi (Executive Director IHRM), and CHRP Margaret Nguu (CEO HRMPEB), among others.
